  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

 

2. Products and Availability

 

 

  • Flowers are natural products and may vary slightly from photos shown on the website.

  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers or packaging of equal or greater value if certain items are unavailable.

 

 

3. Orders and Payments

 

 

  • All orders must be paid in full before delivery.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal via secure checkout.

 

 

4. Delivery

 

 

  • Deliveries are available within London.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier may leave the bouquet in a safe location or with a neighbour.

 

 

5. Refunds and Returns

 


Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

 

  • Orders cannot be returned or refunded once prepared or delivered unless:

     

    • The flowers arrive damaged, or

    • The incorrect product was delivered.

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or absence of the recipient,
