At LBoutique London, we strive to ensure every bouquet is delivered fresh and beautiful. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, please note the following:

 

1. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

  • Fresh flowers cannot be returned or refunded once prepared or delivered.

 

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 


You may be eligible for a refund if:

 

  • The flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition,

  • The wrong product was delivered.

 


To qualify, you must:

 

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and

  • Provide a photo of the issue for our review.

 

 

3. How to Request a Refund

 


To request a refund, please email us at lotus.boutique.london@gmail.com with:

 

  • Your order number,

  • A description of the issue,

  • Photos of the bouquet.

 


We will respond within 48 hours to resolve the matter.

 

4. Delivery Issues

 


If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

 

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer,

  • Recipient not available to receive the order,

 


The order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
