At LBoutique London, we strive to ensure every bouquet is delivered fresh and beautiful. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, please note the following:
1. Non-Returnable Items

Fresh flowers cannot be returned or refunded once prepared or delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition,

The wrong product was delivered.
To qualify, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and

Provide a photo of the issue for our review.
3. How to Request a Refund

A description of the issue,

Photos of the bouquet.
We will respond within 48 hours to resolve the matter.
4. Delivery Issues
If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer,

Recipient not available to receive the order,
The order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
